My thoughts and emotions as I process the loss of my Dad. He suffered from ALS for the last 3 years and we saw him go from being a healthy, active individual to someone entirely trapped in his own body. He passed away on April 9, 2024 and all our lives changed entirely in that instant. This is me, dealing with it, and trying to heal.
